Pep in their step: VCS celebrates Catholic Schools Week

Vicksburg Catholic School is celebrating Catholic Schools Week. A week-long series of pep rallies and events have been held to recognize Catholic education in the U.S. and guest speakers including first responders, Vicksburg mayor George Flaggs Jr., and Jackson Dicoese Bishop Joseph R. Kopacz have come to address the Vicksburg Catholic School student body. On Wednesday, the St. Francis Xavier Little Dribblers fired up the students while the St. Aloysius High School pep band and cheerleaders also performed.
