Please allow 2 weeks for production as this service is outside of our normal business workflow and operation. If you are not sure when the article ran, please let us know who or what business/organization the article was about. We no longer offer press plates of the front page.
**Veterans Day and Memorial Day Sections: We accept submissions of local veterans year-round to be included in our annual Veterans and Memorial Day sections. Please email a photo of your loved one to news@vicksburgpost.com and include their name, rank, branch of military and years of service. Please note Memorial Day honors military personnel who gave the ultimate sacrifice by dying in service of their country. Veterans Day honors everyone who has served in the military.

Catherine Hadaway
President & Publisher
Catherine Hadaway, as The Vicksburg Post’s publisher, oversees the business operations of the newspaper. She is a native of Tuscaloosa, Ala. and is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Business and Religion. She is a Director of Boone Newsmedia, Inc., the family company that owns The Post. Catherine is a member of The Rotary Club, Junior Auxiliary, The Heritage Guild, The Sampler Antique Club, the Southern Cultural Heritage Center Board of Directors, and the Vicksburg Main Street Program Board of Directors.
Shandale Goodman
Accounts Manager & Bookkeeping
Shandale Goodman is The Vicksburg Post's bookkeeper. She has been a member of the Post staff since 2005. Born and raised in Vicksburg, Shandale graduated from Vicksburg High School and then from Hinds Community College with an associate's degree in Applied Science with a minor in Accounting. Shandale and her family attend Travelers Rest Baptist Church.

Ben Martin
Reporter
Ben Martin is a reporter at the Vicksburg Post who focuses on crime and general reporting. He is a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. He and his wife have lived in Vicksburg for six years. He has been writing for the Post since March of 2022. Before that time he worked as a carpenter.
Ernest Bowker
Sports editor
Ernest Bowker is The Vicksburg Post’s Sports Editor. He has been a member of The Post's sports staff since 1998, making him one of the longest-tenured sports reporters in the paper's 137-year history. The New Jersey native is a graduate of Louisiana State University. In his career, he has won more than 50 awards from the Mississippi Press Association and Associated Press for his coverage of local Vicksburg sports.
Terri Cowart Frazier
Reporter & Vicksburg Living Editor
Terri Fraizer is a part-time reporter at The Vicksburg Post and serves as editor of the Vicksburg Living Magazine, which has recently been awarded First Place by the Mississippi Press Association. She has also been the recipient of a First Place award in the MPA’s Better Newspaper Contest’s editorial division for the “Best Feature Story.” A native of Cleveland, Terri grew up in Vicksburg and graduated from Warren Central High School and then Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations. Prior to coming to work at The Post a little more than 10 years ago, she did some freelancing at the Jackson Free Press. But for most of her life, she has enjoyed being a full-time stay at home mom. Terri is a member of the Crawford Street United Methodist Church. She is a lifetime member of the Vicksburg Junior Auxiliary and is a past member of the Sampler Antique Club and Town and Country Garden Club. She is married to Dr. Walter Frazier.

Jillian Hern
Print & Digital Marketing Specialist
Jillian Hearn is a marketing specialist for The Vicksburg Post. Having joined in June 2024, she works with Vicksburg businesses to develop multimedia advertisement campaigns. In addition to her work at The Post, she is also a member of The Vicksburg Kiwanis Club.
